These welding tips are manufactured from copper alloy (CuCrZr) to guide the welding wire and transfer welding current to the arc. Select the bore size to suit your welding wire: 0.8 mm, part number 8006008; 0.9 mm, part number 8006009; 1.0 mm, part number 8006010; 1.2 mm, part number 8006012; or 1.6 mm, part number 8006016.

Supplied in packs of 10, these welding tips suit MTXC-3531, MTXC-5531, RT3500L, RT3500H, RT3500H-10 and RTW5000 series torches. Replace the tip when bore wear begins to affect arc stability or wire placement.
