Water Cooled RTW5000H Robotic Welding Torch

The RTW5000H water-cooled torch is built for high-duty CO2/MAG welding where cooling performance and consistency are critical. Rated at 500 A with a 70% duty cycle, it runs solid or flux-cored wire from 0.8 to 1.6 mm. The 45 degree torch head gives good access to complex welds while holding precise TCP alignment. Shock sensors can be integrated for crash protection. Runs with robot coolant and a water-cooled consumable set.
