Single Axis Fixed Height Welding Positioner.
Single axis, fixed height welding positioner designed to rotate components about a horizontal axis, providing a stable and repeatable welding position for manual and automated welding applications. Ideal for repetitive fabrication where part size, weight, and weld access remain consistent. The positioner presents components at the optimal welding angle to improve weld quality, consistency, and operator efficiency.
The positioner range is available in load capacities from 500 kg through to 20,000 kg (20 tonnes), with configurations suited to a wide range of fabrication requirements. Control options include HMI touch screen, foot pedal, or wireless remote control, allowing flexible operation to suit different workshop layouts and production workflows. The positioner can be used as an independent unit for part manipulation or configured in combination with a rotation tailstock module to support longer or heavier components. It is also suitable for mounting within Autoa robotic welding systems where coordinated part rotation is required.
