The new Autoa-CoWeld sets a higher standard in collaborative welding. Designed for precision, simplicity, and performance, it delivers faster setup, refined control, and consistent weld quality across every configuration.
Available in Compact, Single, and Dual configurations, Autoa-CoWeld is easier to operate, faster to deploy, and built to perform. Each Autoa-CoWeld is supplied fully configured, tested, and ready to weld. The range combines collaborative safety with industrial performance, giving manufacturers a reliable and efficient path into robotic welding.
Autoa-CoWeld Compact
The Autoa-CoWeld Compact is the smallest configuration in the range, designed for tight workshops and quick deployment. It combines the OTC FD-VC8 collaborative robot, P502L welding power source, and RT3500L air-cooled torch in a compact, mobile layout.
Operators can program through the touchscreen pendant using guided visual teaching or block-based setup in AutoaWeld software. The Compact configuration delivers precise, repeatable welds with minimal setup time and maximum accessibility.

The Autoa-CoWeld Single Station adds workspace and flexibility for small to medium components. It features a 2000×1000 mm Autoa WeldBase table with open access from both sides for easy loading and fast part changeover.
Designed for continuous operation, the Single configuration combines accuracy, durability, and ease of use through AutoaWeld software and intuitive pendant control.
