The Solution
To improve efficiency and bring welding in-house, Luge Cart World partnered with Autoa to install a CoWeld robotic welding cell.
The cell featured a collaborative Doosan A0912 robot arm, paired with an OTC Daihen P500L welding power source, wire feeder, and 350A air-cooled torch, all integrated into a compact, operator-friendly system. As a collaborative setup, the cell allows staff to work safely alongside the robot without the need for fencing or guarding. This makes it a practical choice for businesses needing flexibility and ease of use in their welding operations.
