Standard Robotic Welding Cells
Production Ready Robot Welding Cells.
Autoa Compact Series.
The Autoa Compact Series robotic welding cells are designed for small to mid sized operations with limited floor space. They provide a practical entry point for transitioning from manual to robotic welding.
Autoa U Series.
The Autoa U Series robotic welding cells are designed for repeatable, high volume welding applications. Configured with headstock and tailstock positioners, the U Series supports consistent part handling and efficient welding within a single workstation.
Autoa H Series.
The Autoa H Series robotic welding cells are designed for larger components and higher deposition welding applications. Featuring dual servo controlled positioners in an H frame configuration, the H Series allows part preparation on one station while welding is carried out on the other.
Autoa S Series.
The Autoa S Series robotic welding cells are designed for applications requiring extended reach and coordinated multi axis motion. Incorporating a robot slider and dual servo controlled positioners, the S Series supports efficient welding of medium to large components within a defined cell layout.
Where Standard Robot Welding Cells Are Used.
Autoa standard robotic welding cells provide a proven, repeatable approach to robotic welding where part size, geometry, and production requirements align with defined cell configurations. Every Autoa standard robotic welding cell is supplied as a complete, supported system, backed by local service and ongoing technical support. These cells are suited to applications with consistent parts, repeatable weld sequences, and stable production requirements.
Standard robotic welding cells are typically used for:
- Repeatable part geometry and weld locations
- Defined part size and weight ranges
- Stable production volumes
- Minimal part handling complexity
- Straightforward integration into existing workflows

Custom Robotic Welding Cells
Not Sure If A Standard Cell Is The Right Fit?
Standard robotic welding cells suit well defined parts, volumes, and workflows. When part variation, access, layout, or production demands sit outside those boundaries, a configured solution may not be the best long term fit. In those cases, a custom robotic welding cell offers a more appropriate approach.
