The Autoa Tip Cleaner is an all-in-one cleaning station designed to keep your robotic welding torch performing at its best. It removes spatter and oxidation from the tip to maintain consistent weld quality and extend consumable life. With a compact design that integrates a wire cutter, tip cleaner, and anti-spatter sprayer into a single stand, it’s easy to integrate and a smart addition to any automated welding cell.

  • Compact: Requires only approx. 327mm x 255mm x 904mm.
  • Efficient: Both tip cleaning and anti-spatter spraying are done in one location, saving time.
  • Automated Operation: With a single input signal from the internal PLC, the entire process—from tip clamping to anti-spatter spraying—is performed seamlessly.
  • Durability: An ultra-hard reamer and air motor ensure spatter is firmly removed.
  • Wire Cutter: The cutting blade, based on leverage principles and made from durable material, achieves over 40,000 cuts on one side.
  • Tip Cleaner: Reamer with forward and reverse rotation effectively removes spatter inside the tip, powered by compressed air.
  • Anti-spatter Solution: Sprays a fine mist that forms a uniform anti-spatter coating inside the tip, drying quickly with welding heat to prevent buildup. The solution is applied in optimal quantities to avoid waste.
  • Compatibility: Supports nozzles with external dimensions from 16mm to 26mm.
