The Autoa Tip Cleaner is an all-in-one cleaning station for robot welding. With just one installation stand, including a Wire Cutter, Tip Cleaner, and Anti-spatter Solution Sprayer, it ensures efficient cleaning in minimal space.

Compact: Requires only approx. 327mm x 255mm x 904mm.
Efficient: Both tip cleaning and anti-spatter spraying are done in one location, saving time.
Automated Operation: With a single input signal from the internal PLC, the entire process—from tip clamping to anti-spatter spraying—is performed seamlessly.
Durability: An ultra-hard reamer and air motor ensure spatter is firmly removed.
Wire Cutter: The cutting blade, based on leverage principles and made from durable material, achieves over 40,000 cuts on one side.
Tip Cleaner: Reamer with forward and reverse rotation effectively removes spatter inside the tip, powered by compressed air.
Anti-spatter Solution: Sprays a fine mist that forms a uniform anti-spatter coating inside the tip, drying quickly with welding heat to prevent buildup. The solution is applied in optimal quantities to avoid waste.
Compatibility: Supports nozzles with external dimensions from 16mm to 26mm.
