Description

The OTC Daihen AII-1PC1000 is a single-axis rotary positioner built for high-speed, high-accuracy robotic welding. With a rotation speed of up to 72° per second and a 1000 kg payload capacity, it’s ideal for handling large workpieces efficiently. A non-backlash mechanism and absolute encoder ensure precise positioning, while a simplified servo-driven system improves durability. Compact and easy to install, it integrates seamlessly as an additional robot axis via the standard teach pendant.
