Products & Services

We offer a range of robot welding cells tailored to different production needs. Our standard robot welding solutions include options like the M-1200, an entry-level solution, and the S-8000, designed for larger assemblies. When a standard system isn’t the right fit, we provide custom robotic welding solutions engineered to meet your unique production requirements.

Our equipment includes collaborative robots for high-mix, low-volume production and industrial robot arms with a 3m reach for high-mix, high-volume applications. We support a full range of welding processes, including MIG/MAG, TIG, and Laser welding.

We represent leading robot brands known for their reliability and performance, including OTC Daihen and Yaskawa Motoman.

We offer AutoaWeld Robot Programming Software, an advanced AI-powered tool designed to streamline robotic welding programming in five simple steps. AutoaWeld significantly reduces the time and effort needed to program welding paths, using sophisticated path-planning technology to make even complex setups quick and easy. This software helps you set up precise, efficient welding paths, enhancing productivity and accuracy for your operations.

COST & INVESTMENT

The cost of a robotic welding system depends on its complexity, including the type of robot, sensors, software, and any required customizations.

We begin with a full discovery session to understand your scope and requirements, allowing us to prepare a tailored proposal and presentation. Initial investments for entry-level robotic welding systems typically start at around $150,000 NZD.

The ROI can vary, but many businesses see a return within 12-18 months, depending on the volume of production and the efficiency gains. A robot welding system can do the work of up to 7-8 manual welders.

Let us do the sums with our business case calculator, helping ease the decision with key numbers for your robot welding investment.

Technical Support & Training

Yes, we provide comprehensive training programs to ensure your team can effectively operate our robotic welding systems.

With every solution we provide, we conduct in-house training sessions at our Sydney or Marlborough facilities, followed by additional on-site training post-installation and completion. We also provide detailed manuals for your operators, supporting ongoing learning and effective system operation in the future.

We offer ongoing technical support, including remote assistance and on-site services, to ensure your systems run smoothly.

We understand the important of urgent service and support which is why our team includes on-the-ground technicians in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and throughout New Zealand, so we’re ready to respond quickly when you need urgent service. With full remote access capabilities, we can provide high-level support and troubleshoot directly within your robotic welding cell. We also offer a bi-annual service that includes diagnostics, part replacements, and preventive maintenance to keep your equipment running smoothly, extend its lifespan, and maximize performance.

Ordering & installation

Yes, the installation and commissioning of the Robot Welding cell on your site are handled by our experienced team to ensure everything is set up correctly and ready for use. Our team also provides on-site support to ensure your operators are confident in using the system from day one, allowing for seamless integration into your workflow. This hands-on approach ensures your welding cell is ready for immediate, efficient operation.

Yes, our robotic welding systems are designed for seamless integration with your existing production line. We work with you to determine the optimal setup, considering factors like product flow, available space, and future capacity needs. This collaborative approach ensures the welding system aligns perfectly with your production line for efficient, scalable operation.

Safety & Compliance

Yes, all our robotic welding systems comply with the relevant safety standards, including AS/NZS 4024 and AS/NZS 3000:2018 for machinery and electrical installations, as well as ISO 10218-1 for Robot Safety.

To enhance safety, we use Sick safety light curtains and ClearFlex Arc Welding Screens for arc protection. Instead of mesh, we use robust ACM panels for solid guarding, providing heavy-duty protection. Each system also supports lock-out tag-out protocols, start/stop controls, and E-stop functions, ensuring comprehensive compliance with safety standards.
